DAY 35 - 

Dear Lotus Psychology, 

I’m so grateful for you!

I’m so grateful for ALL of you incredibly talented and dedicated therapists out there who are working overtime right now to keep us emotionally regulated. Thank goodness for all of your awesome listening skills, your ability to hold space for deep feelings, and your generosity of spirit to help others.

I especially want to thank you for your online workshop last night where you not only soothed us, but gave us real tools to help us cope. I’ve been using the “4 Square Breathing” technique all day and it is my new favorite way to calm myself.

Thank you again, and I have so much admiration and love for you all!
